FAQ/ Order Policy
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to:
- Redlands
- Yucaipa
- Loma Linda
Do you offer delivery to multiple locations?
Yes! If you would like flowers delivered to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery location.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes. We require a $55 minimum purchase for all deliveries.
What days do you offer delivery?
We deliver flowers Tuesday through Friday between 1-5pm. Although we can accommodate time ranges, we cannot promise delivery at a specific time.
Does someone need to be present for delivery?
Yes. A recipient must be present to receive the delivery. We do not leave arrangements unattended due to weather conditions, theft concerns, and the delicate nature of fresh flowers. Before submitting delivery address, please be sure it is correct, also please provide building codes if necessary. Bloomvana is not responsible for any misinformation provided by the ordering customer.
What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?
If no one is available at the time of delivery, additional delivery fees may apply for a second delivery attempt. We recommend confirming that someone will be available to receive the arrangement before placing your order.
Do you offer Pick-up?
Our shop is open for pickup and in-store shopping:
Tuesday – Saturday
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What happens if I don't pick up my order?
Orders not retrieved within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup date will be repurposed without refund. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot hold arrangements beyond this timeframe.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on fresh floral orders. In the event there has been a quality issue, we will replace your arrangement. We do not offer cash returns at this time.
What if there is an issue with my order?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order or florals, please contact us within 24hrs directly. Email any photos to bloomvana@yahoo.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
How do I care for my flowers?
Use a clean vase and fill about two-thirds with cool, room temp water. Remove any leaves that sit below the waterline and trim stems diagonally (at least 1cm). Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from fruit and heat sources. Remove any wilted flowers to prevent other flowers from wilting. Refresh water and re-trim every 2-3 days.
